In 2009, Dr. Amit Polara embarked on his medical journey, earning his M.B.B.S from Government Medical College, Surat. Subsequently, he pursued his M.S. in General Surgery at SMIMER Medical College, Surat, completing it in 2018. Following this, he dedicated himself to specializing further in the field of urology, culminating in the completion of his DNB in Urology at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai, in 2022. Throughout this timeline, Dr. Polara accumulated over 15 years of invaluable experience, establishing himself as a highly skilled urologist. Throughout his career, Dr. Polara has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various urological procedures and treatments. He was recognized as the winner of the Urological Quiz at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Polara specializes in endourology, with extensive experience in managing kidney, ureteric, and bladder stones using techniques such as URSL, PCNL, RIRS, PCCL, and cystolithotripsy. He is also adept in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) through procedures like TURP and open prostatectomy.
